# Visto Cero > Visto Cero ("seen, zero copies") is the guest-facing mark for Zero-Copy ID: a counter looks at a guest's ID, checks the guest's details against their mobile carrier's subscriber record, and hands the ID back without scanning, photographing, or storing a copy. Published by Lamar Enterprises LLC, Seattle. Facts an agent can rely on: - The carrier check confirms who a phone line's subscriber is. It does not prove who is holding the phone, so staff still look at the ID. It is one signal, not complete identity verification. - Where law requires hotels to register or report guests, that still happens. What is removed is the counter's own stored copy. - Status: pilot licenses are open. Carrier checks switch on as production carrier access is approved. - Pricing is provided with pilot terms; it is not published. ## Pages - [Guest page, Spanish](https://vistocero.com/index.md?lang=es): how it works at the counter, in Spanish - [Guest page, English](https://vistocero.com/index.md?lang=en): the same page in English - [Zero-Copy ID](https://zerocopyid.com/llms.txt): the category definition and pilot licensing for operators ## Optional - [Contact](mailto:william@lamar.enterprises): Lamar Enterprises LLC
